Areas near railway stations frequently witness traffic-clogged roads. But when it comes to Sion station, the administration seems to have found a solution. As part of BMC commissioner Ajoy Mehta and Mumbai police commissioner Ahmad Javed’s joint effort to unclog the city, Lal Bahadur Shastri (LBS) Marg, near Sion station, will be widened to resolve traffic snarls in the area.
