Unhappy with something you’ve purchased recently? The Consumer Guidance Society of India (CGSI) is holding a legal aid session today from 1pm, at its office in Block J, Azad Maidan, opposite Cama Hospital.

Legal aid sessions are regularly held by the CGSI to address consumer complaints, wherein complainants share their grievances and if the complaint is valid, the CGSI’s Consumer Complaints Redressal wing takes the next step.
