This indeed is a low blow for not only big boss N Srinivasan &amp; Co but also to the die-hard Chennai Super Kings fans. While the IPL Governing Council decided to shift those games, we wonder, on a lighter note, whether it would have made sense to shift the games to nearby Sri Lanka.
After all, isn&rsquo;t Chennai a passage to Lanka and didn&rsquo;t the IPL go to the Gulf because of the general elections? Also, Sri Lanka was a talked about option before Indian cricket made a comeback to the UAE. For the Indian players, Sri Lanka is home away from home considering how often Sri Lanka hosts India for meaningless one-day competitions.
Oops! Watch out for the backrest Recline is fine at the Nehru Science Centre at Mahalaxmi. The salubrious environs of the centre were crowded with kids and parents crowding the picnic spot inside.

The Discovery Hall at the Science Centre was filled with kids and a smattering of adults, professors, teachers and Centre officials, to listen to a lecture on how cell phones have changed India. As the children raced inside the hall to take their seats, the adults took seats closer to the dais, right at the front.
For those who were unaware, it was a real surprise. The seats go right back, and recline fully. Lean back&hellip; and whoops! You are in danger of going horizontal! We saw some occupants looking startled as they thought there was something wrong with the seat.
The backrest goes right back so that those sitting in the front rows can look at the screen without straining their necks. It can take you by complete surprise if you do not know this, though.
