Meanwhile, Mumbai&rsquo;s former Ranji Trophy skipper Shishir Hattangadi wondered how many players, like him, scored 10 or more Ranji Trophy hundreds and still didn&rsquo;t get picked to play the Duleep Trophy for their zone.
