Holy smoke, but no fire WhatsApp has been in a tizzy with messages of Pope Francis&rsquo; visit to India (including Mumbai, Goa and Kolkata) in October this year. Nobody knows how or why this fire started, but it is setting phones abuzz.

The message says the Holy See will be in Kolkata because of Mother Teresa&rsquo;s Missionaries of Charity, in Goa because of St Francis Xavier&rsquo;s body and Mumbai, well, because it is Mumbai. The Archbishop&rsquo;s House though has said they have no news on the visit.
So, we made a call to the Vatican&rsquo;s Press Office to check if they could confirm or deny the proposed Holy See&rsquo;s visit. &ldquo;Nothing, we have nothing,&rdquo; said a spokesperson in a strong Italian accent, adding: &ldquo;Check website.&rdquo;
When told about the social media rumours, he started off on us, &ldquo;Oh! The press is full of ruuumours. Full of ruuuumours.&rdquo; Time to say: &lsquo;Forgive us, Father, for we know not what we are doing.&rsquo;
