Even as Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel’s government has given permission to celebrate Navaratri in housing societies and flats, Mumbaikars are still uncertain as to whether they can enjoy the Navratri festival, as neither the state nor the BMC have announced any kind of relaxations yet.
Kandivli resident Rakesh Panchal said that the Maharashtra government should at least give permission to play garba in societies, whose residents have taken both the shots. “There are more people in local trains and buses, than those seen during garba functions,” he said.
