Relief for Mumbai's NEET aspirants: No day block on Central Railway on May 3

On the Main Line, services on the UP and DOWN Slow lines between CSMT and Vidyavihar will be affected from 12.05 am to 5.05 am on May 3. During this period, DOWN Slow services departing CSMT between 11.30 pm (May 2) and 4.47am (May 3) will be diverted to the Fast line

In a relief for students appearing for NEET UG 2026, Central Railway will not operate its usual day block on Sunday, May 3.
However, a midnight mega block will be carried out on the intervening night of May 2 and 3 (Saturday–Sunday) to undertake essential engineering and maintenance works.
