<p>After having to call off their initiative three times earlier this year due to lack of permission(s) from civic authorities and the police, residents of Lokhandwala (Andheri West) will be pouring out onto the streets on November 20 to take part in their first-ever &lsquo;Be Happy&rsquo; campaign</p>
