Officials from Vile Parle police station arrested a driver, identified as Kohli, on Saturday afternoon for driving a car bearing a ‘Govt of India’ logo without requisite permission

Officials from Vile Parle police station arrested a driver, identified as Kohli, on Saturday afternoon for driving a car bearing a ‘Govt of India’ logo without requisite permission. While the police refused to divulge details of the car owner and said further investigation was underway, sources claimed the vehicle belonged to a high-ranking Customs officer.

Besides the ‘Govt of India’ logo being embossed on its front (circled) and rear, in red, the vehicle had a red beacon (circled) inside it
