Mumbai Metro: MMRDA to shell out Rs 70 lakh for walkie-talkies

The considerate Metro authorities want to make sure that the construction of new lines does not derail traffic on the road, but first, they want to spend Rs 70 lakh on the purchase of walkie-talkies. According to the official, this will help the personnel to communicate and coordinate the traffic better.
