Mumbai Metro to operate 10-day morning block on Lines 2A, 7 and 9 as Line 9 Phase 2 nears commissioning, check details here

Mumbai Metro Line 9 Phase 2 has moved closer to commissioning, with Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Limited (MMMOCL) set to begin signalling and train trials for the integration of three additional stations with the existing Metro network, an official statement said.
To carry out the pre-commissioning work, a special morning block will be introduced from September 15 to 25, 2026. During this period, passenger services on Metro Lines 2A, 7 and Line 9 Phase 1 will begin at 6.30 am instead of their usual start time.
