Mumbai: British-era water fountain drowning in encroachment

While south Mumbai's iconic Flora Fountain is finally getting a facelift, its lesser known cousin, a 115-year-old piyao, is now drowning in encroachment. Even though this British-era fountain is a heritage structure, it is being ruined by the very people who are supposed to protect it - Mumbai Police.
