Bombay High Court reprimanded a father after he opposed to sign his minor son’s school leaving certificate, a document essential for admission in a new school.

According to a report in Times of India, the couple is separated and the custody of the child is with his mother. The child presently resides in Kandivli with his mother. As per the statement from a bench of justice, the father is refusing to sign the school leaving certificate because he wants his son to attend the Santacruz school and travel daily between Kandivli and Santacruz.
