Shopaholics’ paradise Fashion Street in South Mumbai witnessed a horrifying 30 minutes after a youth raged about on the road with a hammer, trying to attack passersby. The 22-year-old also attacked two policemen when they tried to calm him down, before he was finally overpowered by the officers and taken into custody.
