Mumbai: Police have moved the sessions court here seeking cancellation of the interim anticipatory bail of actor Sahil Khan in connection with a case of cheating filed against him by Bollywood actor Jacike Shroff's wife Ayesha Shroff.

"We have moved for cancellation as Khan is not attending the police station regularly, and also another case has been registered against him," said chief public prosecutor Kalpana Chavan.
