Mumbai rains: Check area-wise rainfall recorded across the city

Among all monitoring stations, Malvani recorded 334 mm rainfall while F/South Ward received 328 mm during one of the season's heaviest spells of rain

Mumbai recorded extremely heavy rainfall over a 24-hour period ending Wednesday morning, with several parts of the city receiving more than 300 mm of rain. Data released by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) showed that multiple locations across the island city, eastern suburbs and western suburbs experienced intense downpours, leading to widespread waterlogging and disruptions in several areas.
Malvani and F/South Ward record highest rainfall in the city
Among all monitoring stations, Malvani (334 mm) and F/South Ward (328 mm) recorded the highest rainfall between 8 am on June 23 and 7 am on June 24. Other locations in the island city also reported exceptionally high rainfall figures.
