Mumbaikars can now register complaints related to road potholes through the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation's (BMC) integrated grievance redressal platform, MyBMC MARG, the civic body said on Tuesday.
The facility has been introduced as part of the MyBMC MARG (Complaint Management and Redressal System) platform, which was launched earlier this year to provide residents with a single channel for registering and tracking civic complaints across multiple municipal services.
