A 15-year-girl allegedly committed suicide as her parents insisted that she study, since she was in Std X.
The deceased has been identified as Neha Yadav, who lived in Mayurnagar at Aarey Colony with her parents. She hung herself from the ceiling fan at her house yesterday around 7 pm.

Angry with mother She was a student of Harsh Public School, Aarey colony. Her father works as a security guard in Goregaon East while her mother is a house wife. Police said Neha&rsquo;s mother always insisted that she study, as she was in Std X.
Angry with this, when her mother went to the market, Neha hung herself from the ceiling fan. Her mother saw her when she returned. A neighbour informed the police.
