Sachin Bagate, a 22-year-old aspiring police constable, did just that by nabbing a serial thief at his training institute recently. On Wednesday, the Navghar Police station arrested Chandramani More, 19, for stealing bags from the police training ground at Mulund East. He was caught red-handed, but has denied all charges against him.
