Mumbai: Two sex workers try to escape police raid, fall to death from building

Police took the women to the government-run J J Hospital in Byculla where both died during the treatment

Two women, allegedly sex workers, died after falling from the third floor of a building while trying to escape a police raid in South Mumbai's Grant Road area, an official said on Wednesday. The unfortunate incident took place at Om Building in D B Marg locality around 10.30 PM on Tuesday night, the police official said.
