Students at Mumbai University’s Kalina campus protested on Friday against the alleged failure of amenities at the Knowledge Resource Centre Library. According to the students, the library was unveiled only a few years ago, but the amenities promised at the outset are no longer functional.

Poor upkeep

The students claimed that the washrooms remain unclean, the air conditioner is no longer functional, and the library does not have adequate ventilation. They also alleged that the drinking water was unclean.
