Mumbai: Voter complains to EC about NaMo pens inside polling booth

According to a voter in Bandra (West), a gross violation of the election code of conduct was committed at the St Andrew’s School centre during polling hours on October 15.
BJP’s polling agents, who were present at the polling booth to mark which citizens had voted, were allegedly using pens like the one above
