Hot spell to linger before Mumbai gets rain and thundershowers from Sunday: IMD

As per the latest IMD forecast, Mumbai is likely to witness mainly dry conditions on Saturday, May 30, and Sunday, May 31. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 36-39 degrees Celsius while the minimum will be around 24-28 degrees Celsius

Mumbai continued to experience hot and dry weather on Friday as the maximum temperature touched 36 degrees Celsius, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). The city recorded no rainfall till evening, with relative humidity at 38 per cent at 5.30 pm.
Dry spell to continue for two days
As per the latest IMD forecast, Mumbai is likely to witness mainly dry conditions on Saturday, May 30, and Sunday, May 31. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 36-39 degrees Celsius while the minimum will be around 24-28 degrees Celsius. However, by Saturday afternoon or evening, the weather is likely to take a turn and Mumbai is likely to witness partly cloudy skies.
