Mumbai is expected to remain hot and humid on Friday, October 16, as above-normal temperatures continue across the city and neighbouring areas. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for hot and humid conditions in isolated parts of Mumbai, while residents are advised to take precautions against prolonged exposure to heat.
The warning comes amid an extended spell of unusually high October temperatures. The IMD has also issued weather warnings for parts of the Konkan region, with conditions varying across districts.
