Mumbai weather: Haze blankets city, IMD issues yellow alert for Thane and Palghar

According to the weather department, the maximum temperature in Mumbai is likely to reach around 38 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature may remain around 23 degrees Celsius

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for Mumbai and nearby districts, warning of possible heatwave conditions on Friday and the following days.

The alert also covers the districts of Thane, Palghar and Raigad in Maharashtra.
