Mumbai’s cases dip further, fatalities stay the same

Both the deceased had comorbidities and were above the age of 60. The doubling rate improved and was 2,557 days on Monday. The city’s recovery rate remained constant at 97 per cent as 195 people recovered and were discharged on Monday

While the daily cases dipped further on Monday, the test positivity rate (TPR) saw a marginal rise as COVID-19 deaths remained the same in Mumbai. According to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), 174 cases were registered along with two deaths. The TPR was 0.55 per cent.
