Nabha jailbreak: KLF chief Mintoo sent to 7 days police custody

He had been arrested from a Delhi Railway Station on Sunday; police said that they needed his custody to know the role of “insiders and outsiders” who assisted him and five others in fleeing

New Delhi: Khalistani Liberation Force (KLF) chief Harminder Singh Mintoo, who was arrested after he escaped from Nabha jail, was yesterday sent to seven days' police custody by a Delhi Court which noted that “custodial interrogation” of the accused was required to unearth conspiracy in the jailbreak case.
