Resident doctors at Topiwala National Medical College and BYL Nair Charitable Hospital in Mumbai on Thursday held a symbolic black ribbon protest against the assault on doctors, nurses and healthcare workers at KDMC Shastrinagar Hospital.

The protest was organised by members of the Maharashtra Association of Resident Doctors (MARD) at Nair Hospital to express solidarity with the medical staff who were attacked.
