In their quest to prepare a watertight case against Nashik arms haul mastermind Badrinumaj Akbar Badshah alias Pasha alias Sukka, the Mumbai Crime Branch has now booked him in a fresh criminal case, for threatening a city businessman for extortion. His father Akbar Pasha is also suspected to be involved in the case and has been detained, sources told mid-day. Pasha, a gangster in the making, made headlines after the Nashik police on December 14 arrested him and two others on the Chandwad toll naka and seized a huge cache of arms.
