With consistent curbs over time, Navi Mumbai reported 65 new Covid-19 cases and recorded a test positivity rate (TPR) of 1 per cent on Monday, a first for a city in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). For two days before that, the rate had climbed down even below one.
