A PIL in the Bombay High Court on Wednesday&nbsp;sought a direction to the Centre and other authorities to take&nbsp;action against self-styled godwoman Sukhvinder Kaur alias&nbsp;Radhe Maa for carrying a trident (trishul) in her hand while&nbsp;boarding a flight by an airlines from Aurangabad to Mumbai on&nbsp;August 9.
The PIL, filed by social worker, Ramesh Joshi, claimed&nbsp;that Radhe Maa had flouted civil aviation rules by carrying&nbsp;trident in her hand.&nbsp;

The petition is slated to come up for hearing before&nbsp;Justices V M Kanade and Anuja Prabhudessai on October 16.
The petition alleged that the police authorities and&nbsp;the Maharashtra Home Ministry had failed to register FIR&nbsp;against her despite complaints filed before them.&nbsp;
Carrying of trident in a flight is prohibited under civil&nbsp;aviation rules and allowing a person to carry this on an&nbsp;aircraft amounts to an offence, said the PIL.
