Noisy scenes were witnessed in the Maharashtra Legislative Council on Wednesday over the demand of reservations for the Dhangar community with the opposition and the government accusing each other of not being serious on the issue.

While the opposition members accused Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis of not keeping his pre-poll promise, the CM said the opposition was only shedding crocodile tears.
