Copspeak Police said Koul, a resident of Apna Ghar housing society in Wadala, and the victim, a resident of Bandstand in Bandra (West), connected via Facebook on August 10. After a few chats, the two decided to meet at CCD at Lokhandwala in Andheri (W) at 2 pm on August 13. &ldquo;When the two met, Koul grabbed the victim&rsquo;s hand, hugged her and proposed to her. The victim, who was taken aback by his behaviour, left the spot immediately. Since she was shocked by the incident, she approached us only on Saturday,&rdquo; said an official from the Oshiwara police station. Koul was booked under Section 354 (outraging the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code and he was arrested from his Wadala residence on Saturday night. &ldquo;A holiday court granted him bail on Sunday morning.
