The Magistrate’s court, Esplanade, granted exemption to actor Saif Ali Khan from appearing in connection with the 2012 restaurant assault case yesterday. The court, however, asked Saif to be present for the next hearing on June 18 or a non-bailable warrant would be issued against him.
