Noisy scenes marked a meet organised&nbsp;by the Congress on Tuesday to discuss party vice-president Rahul&nbsp;Gandhi's scheduled visit to Mumbai on January 15 and 16.&nbsp;
There was slogan shouting as those belonging to rival&nbsp;factions tried to ensure that the route of Rahul's rally&nbsp;covered specific areas.

Senior party legislators&nbsp;Naseem Khan and Aslam Shaikh also reportedly indulged in a scuffle during the&nbsp;meeting.
Congress MLC Bhai Jagtap, however, refuted such reports.&nbsp;
The two legislators also denied having indulged in any&nbsp;altercation.
Sources said that Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to meet leaders of&nbsp;Mumbai Regional Congress Committee during his two-day visit to the city.
