Sonu Sood’s plea for interim relief against BMC's demolition notice dismissed by Bombay High Court

BMC had lodged a complaint against Sonu Sood, alleging that he has converted a residential building in Juhu into a hotel without permission. The K-West ward of the BMC filed the complaint at Juhu Police Station.

The Bombay High Court on Thursday dismissed actor Sonu Sood's petition challenging Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) notice against the alleged illegal construction at his residence.
A single bench of Justice Prithviraj Chavan dismissed the actor’s petition seeking interim relief against the BMC notice. Justice Prithviraj Chavan said, "Law helps only those who are diligent."
