<p>A 36-year-old constable of the State Reserve Police Force (SRPF) allegedly shot himself dead at a school in Dongri after finishing his night shift on Tuesday.</p>
<p>Pushkar Shinde, a main gate sentinel of Mantralaya was rushed to JJ Hospital where he passed away receiving treatment.</p>
<p>His contingent was posted at Mantralaya from January 6; therefore, he had made his accommodation arrangements at a BMC school in Dongri where the incident took place.</p>
<p>Shinde was attached to the State Reserve Police Force (SRPF), Pune and allegedly died by suicide on Tuesday morning after finishing is night shift on Monday, officials said.</p>
<p>Cops said Shinde shot himself in the neck with an SLR rifle.</p><p>
