A technical snag delayed the departure of five flights at Mumbai’s Terminal 2 (International terminal) in the wee hours of Thursday.
These flights were three international and a domestic flight over System International Telecommunication Aeronautics network failure. The flights delayed included Emirates, Etihad, Ethopian, Air India and Qatar Airways. "The flights were delayed for around half an hour but there wasn’t a major impact on the operations as the system was then worked upon and was then rectified,” said a Mumbai International Airport Pvt.
