Train services in the Western Railway (WR) were disrupted following a technical snag between Grant Road and Charni Road in south Mumbai, railway officials said.

"Trains were running late by nearly 25 minutes due to technical problems. They could not be diverted from Grant Road as the diversion line is available from Mumbai Central station so three trains were lined up one after the other," said chief public relations officer, Western Railway, S S Gupta.

Gupta added that the problem had been sorted out and trains were now running 5-10 minutes late.
