Thane: Car catches fire near Jama Masjid in Mumbra, no casualties

A car parked near Jama Masjid in the Kausa area of Mumbra caught fire in the early hours of Tuesday, according to the Disaster Management Cell of the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC). No injuries were reported in the incident.

The civic body said it received information about the fire from the Mumbra Fire Brigade at around 12:41 am on May 6. The fire broke out in a parked Maruti Suzuki Tour car bearing registration number MH 03 DV 9775. The owner of the vehicle is yet to be identified.
