According to the Thane traffic authorities, the complaints will be verified by the concerned officer and accordingly, e-challan action will be initiated.</p>
<p>It was launched on the directions of <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-news/article/maharashtra-senior-ips-officer-ashutosh-dumbre-appointed-new-thane-police-commissioner-23324503" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Thane Police Commissioner </a>Ashutosh Dumbre and Joint Commissioner of Police Dr Dnyaneshwar Chavan.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Citizens can report violations including wrong-side driving, triple-seat riding, fancy or unauthorised number plates, tinted glass, parking in<a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-news/article/mumbai-no-parking-zone-declared-on-vikhroli-station-road-to-ease-traffic-congestion-23622961" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener"> no-parking zones,</a> double parking, and vehicles obstructing traffic. Information about other traffic violations can also be shared with the concerned traffic subdivision.</p>
