Thane: Stone-laden dumper crashes into divider, disrupts traffic on Eastern Express Highway

A dumper truck carrying 28 tonnes of stone crashed into a divider on the Mumbai-Nashik-bound Eastern Express Highway in Thane early Monday, causing an oil spill and traffic disruption for around 45 minutes. No injuries were reported

A Tata dumper truck carrying around 28 tonnes of stone crashed into a road divider on the Mumbai-Nashik-bound Eastern Express Highway in Thane during the early hours of Monday, causing a temporary traffic slowdown. 

According to the Thane Municipal Corporation's Disaster Management Cell, the accident occurred at around 4:50 am on Monday opposite Jupiter Hospital in Thane (West).
