Three persons of a family, including two children, were allegedly stabbed to death by unidentified persons in the New Collector Colony of suburban Malad in Mumbai in the wee hours on Thursday.

Their body found in pools of blood on Thursday morning by Malwani police at first floor, Room no. 92, Plot no. 23, Gate no 6 Malwani old collector compound.
The deceased have been identified as Babli Shaw (56), Aryan Ismail Shaikh (10) and Sania Ismail Shaikh (8), police said.
The incident took place near police beat chauki number 27, Malwani police and crime branch officers are investigation the case but reason behind the murder is yet not clear.
The motive behind the murders is not yet known, DCP (Operations) Ashok Dudhe said, adding spot panchnama is underway.
