Trader from Jammu and Kashmir, cabbie arrested with 21 kg charas

Officers of the Anti Narcotics Cell (ANC) have arrested a garment trader from Jammu and Kashmir and a taxi driver for carrying 21 kg of charas. The driver helped the main accused get the drugs to Mumbai

Officers of the Anti Narcotics Cell (ANC) have arrested a garment trader from Jammu and Kashmir and a taxi driver for carrying 21 kg of charas. The driver helped the main accused get the drugs to Mumbai. According to police, the trader has been identified as Haji Abdul Rahman Shaikh, 67, and the taxi driver as Irfaan Qureshi, 42.
