Trains cancelled, short-terminated due to Cyclone Tauktae

“Due to cyclone warning in coastal Gujarat region on May 17 and 18, some trains will be cancelled from May 15 to 21. Around five trains will short terminated and will short originate,” said Sumit Thakur, chief public relations officer, WR.

In view of the cyclonic storm ‘Tauktae’, the Western Railway (WR) has decided to cancel/short terminate some trains for the safety of passengers and better train operations.

“Due to cyclone warning in coastal Gujarat region on May 17 and 18, some trains will be cancelled from May 15 to 21. Around five trains will short terminated and will short originate,” said Sumit Thakur, chief public relations officer, WR.
