In a new twist to the double murder of artist Hema Upadhyay and her lawyer, it has emerged that one of the accused is a minor. This has come to light over three weeks after he was arrested and held as an adult, with his family presenting documents to prove he is 16 years old, and not 19, as the police believed. With these documents, the teenager’s lawyer will now ask the authorities to move him to a juvenile home.
