Shiv Sena (UBT) president Uddhav Thackeray on Saturday accused the BJP of attempting to 'poach' leaders and alleged that the party wanted to amend the Constitution to consolidate power, urging people of Maharashtra to remain vigilant against what he termed 'dictatorship.'
