AT least 207 passengers and crew on board the British Airways Mumbai-London flight 138, escaped what could easily have been a catastrophe.

An hour and 10 minutesu00a0 minutes after takeoff from Chhatrapati Shivaji International airport, Sahar, the plane made an emergency landing, with just enough fuel for five minutes. A passenger, on board was actor Saif Ali Khan.
A source close to Saif said, "It was quite scary as the aircraft was shaking. Saif was upset and the moment the plane landed, he called up Kareena to assure her he was fine."
Saif's partner with his production house, Illuminati Films, Dinesh Vijan, played down the incident. "Saif is now fine and left for London yesterday on an afternoon flight on British Airways."
