UP CM Yogi Adityanath says Ram Mandir construction in Ayodhya happened due to 'Bhakti-shakti' confluence

During an event in Alandi, Maharashtra's Pune district, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that the combination of "bhakti (devotion) and shakti (power)" resulted in the construction of the huge Ram temple in Ayodhya, signifying the end of "500 years of slavery."

Addressing the Geeta Bhakti Amrit Mahotsav, Adityanath praised Maratha warrior king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj for defying Mughal emperor Aurangzeb's authority, reported PTI.

According to the report, the recent dedication of Ram Lalla's idol at the Ayodhya temple was marked by a magnificent event on January 22 of this year.

Adityanath stated that the convergence of devotion and power led to the creation of the majestic Ram Mandir, which symbolised the end of a long period of servitude. He emphasised the importance of witnessing such a historic event, the report added.
