A bizarre incident caused chaos and drama on Sunday morning outside Sai Baba School in Parel, after a 30-year-old street dweller took to the track of the under-construction monorail. The man, identified as Indrajeet Bhagwant Singh, was rescued by the police and fire brigade officials, after her created a scene for almost an hour at the elevated platform of the proposed Mint Road monorail station.

Singh, who is reportedly mentally unstable, climbed up the monorail tracks in search food at around 11 am
